IASJ Service Bureau
- Sending out requests for payment of membership fee to 128 individual, ordinary and associate members.
- Setting up the ledger account and the five-year report together with the bookkeeper.
- Arranging a one-day-a-week workspace in Unit-2, a collective, city subsidized office in Leiden, The Netherlands.
- Moving the IASJ achieves from the Royal Conservatory to a self-storage building near Leiden.
- Writing, editing and sending out IASJ Newsletters.
- Mail correspondence to the Artistic Director, the board, the members, others.

Executive Director: meetings and conferences
- Preparing and assisting the 2019 IASJ Jazz Meeting in Zagreb including the photo editing and sound editing of the final concerts.
- Preparing and assisting ‘The Team’ of the 2020 IASJ Jazz Meeting in New York.
- Preparing and collaborating with the faculty of the Royal Conservatory for the 2020 IASJ Conference in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Preparing and assisting the host school of the 2021 IASJ Jazz Meeting in Munich.
Executive Director: travels and visits
- March, New York, Grand Rapids: meeting with Keller Coker, Lydia Liebman, others in New York; meetings with Kurt Ellenberger and representatives of the GVSU Library at Grand Valley State University in Michigan in order to prepare the IASJ Jazz Research Journal.
- April, Bremen: Jazzahead; networking with the jazz music business in Europe; meetings with IASJ members, possible members, jazz artists, representatives of the Europe Jazz Network;
- June, Graz: present at the funeral of for IASJ chairman Karl-Heinz Miklin; speech in name of the IASJ during the funeral service.
- July, Zagreb: participating and assisting in the 2019 IASJ Jazz Meeting in Zagreb, Croatia; preparing the documents for the General Assembly.
- September, Paris: participating in the three-day World Forum on Music of the IMC; participating in the ADEJ board meeting (Jean-Charles Richard); visiting the IMEP (Phil Hilfiker).
- October, Munich: on-site visit of the 2021 host school of the IASJ Jazz Meeting; meetings with Andi Kissenbeck and Claus Reichstaller.
