Terms and Conditions

A member school appoints a 'named representative'. The representative is the contact person between the IASJ and the member school.

The membership of the IASJ is renewed annually. The membership year is the time period between the General Assemblies, held every year in the first week of July. A request for payment is send to the representative of the member school in the first quarter of the year.

Only members 'in good standing' which means having paid the membership fee for that year, can speak and vote in the General Assembly and can stand for election to the board.

If a school wants to becomes member right after the General Assembly, the school is immediately considered to be a member but does not have to pay membership for the remainder of that calendar year.

Ending of IASJ membership is only possible after written request of the representative of the member school. The membership ends the day before the next General Assembly
